Why Vote for Maslin?
My vision for serving on the Board is you!
I want you to feel informed and engaged in what’s going on at OBAR. Member communication is a huge issue for me. We should have the information you need to know from OBAR at your fingertips when you need it, and how you want to get it.
Beyond that, I want to hear your ideas and feedback on the issues facing us as Realtors, locally and on the state and national level.
OBAR doesn't have to be a top-down organization, and we don't need to accept every word handed down from the state level. We are an association of a thousand diversely talented people. Let's use all of our ideas and energy to tell Raleigh what we want and how they can help us with our needs.
If you want your voice to be heard, I am asking for your vote for OBAR Secretary.
That's great but what about Maslin?
I am a problem solver. I am never happier than when you put a problem in front of me, especially when I get to make a spreadsheet to solve it.
If you have ever served on a committee with me, you know I'm someone who does their homework. Learning something new is the highlight of my day. Working to understand something complicated? That's my favorite kind of project. Writing up an explanation of what I've learned? Yes, even better!
If you are looking for someone who isn't afraid to tackle complex problems, I am asking for your vote for OBAR Secretary.
